Monday, October 8, 2012 In conjunction with Fire Prevention Week, Yoe Fire Company will host an open house on Sunday, October 14th from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.


Visitors to the station will be able to crawl through a smoke house, have their blood pressure taken, and check out many different displays of the tools and equipment used in firefighting and rescue work.


Visitors will also be able to greet "Freckles" the Fire Dog, ride on the fire trucks, and see a vehicle rescue demonstration.


Free gifts and light refreshments will be available throughout the day.
